Monday 3/12
AM – 30 min morning
PM – 50 min run, 4 x 200 in 30”, jogged on infield for 10 min

Tuesday 3/13
AM – 25 min easy
PM – 18 min warmup, 4 mile tempo (20:25), 17 minute cooldown. Raining very hard during the workout.

Wednesday 3/14
80 minute run. Did TL loop with Brian Hanley, plus added on.

40 minutes easy

Friday 3/16
18 min warmup. 6 x 1000m (2:55, 2:57, 2:56, 2:58, 3:00, 2:57). Rest was supposed to be 90” 400m, but after 2k it was obviously too short. Slowed R to 2:00. Felt terrible and slow. Not a good workout. Windy and HOT.

Saturday 3/17
70 minute run from the house. I ran to TL and met Jessica around Barton Springs and then finished up on the Greenbelt for a little while.

Sunday 3/18
90 minute long run. I ran from the house to Scenic, TL, and then back. I felt pretty good.
