Week of April 11th -17th, 2005
Monday 4/11 - Nothing - trying no to get fat here
Tuesday 4/12
10 minutes – I decided that this would be the day of the 3rd try back. We’ll see if this works. Felt ok during the run, but I’m really not very fit.
Wednesday 4/13
10 minutes – Just to check if there was pain from yesterday’s run. Feels good.
Thursday 4/14
10 minutes – NO PAIN!!! Could this be??? It feels too good… We’ll see
Friday 4/15
15 minutes – Still feels good. No pain walking or anything… Might be it…
Saturday 4/16
15 minutes at Harris Park. More of the same – I feel really bad running, but it’s not the foot…
Sunday 4/17
20 minutes at IF fields. Very unfit, many stitches during this run…
Week Total - It don't matta!
